Ingredients
3 ounces Jameson Irish whiskey
1 ounce Martini & Rossi sweet vermouth

Method
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake, stir & pour into a short cocktail glass filled with ice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Note: For a Perfect Irish Manhattan, use 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth & 1/2 ounce dry vermouth.
