Ingredients
2 ounces Jameson Irish whiskey
1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
1 teaspoon superfine sugar or regular if only type available
2 tablespoons whipped cream
Nutmeg or cinnamon

Method
Combine coffee, cream & sugar, stir to dissolve sugar & chill thoroughly. Put 1 tablespoon whipped cream in a tall cocktail glass, fill with coffee mixture. Add ice cubes & whiskey. Top with remaining tablespoon whipped cream. Garnish with a dust of grated nutmeg or ground cinnamon.
