Barbecued Fish
Ingredients
1 medium sized Whole king fish
Salt to taste
2 tbsps Garlic paste
1 large Lemon
Crushed red chillies as required
Oil to baste
Method
Heat charcoal in barbecue.Clean fish well and make a few slits on both sides.Apply salt all over surface on both
sides and into slits.Apply garlic paste all over surface on both sides and into slits.Make thin vertical slices of
lemon. Apply crushed red chillies to these slices and place one slice in each slit.Now gently place fish on barbecue and
grill on either side basting with oil a couple of times.Take care that fish is not overcooked.Serve hot.
