A clear complexion. pampering face can be acheived through easy and simple steps
Excercise:
Twenty minutes of running, fast walking or aerobics will increase blood flow to your face. No time? Try just five
minutes of jumping jacks.
Shower "up":
an energizing body scrub and a nylon loofah can give you an energizing shower. Tension can be kept away
through spray massage. a rich moisturizing mask or thick layer of moisturizer can be used before shower. Fine lines can
be covered by moist heat. a heavy layer of petroleum jelly will protect the lips. a warm damp washcloth can be used to
wipe the body at the end of the shower.
De-puff eyes:
An eye gel (stored in the fridge for mornings like this) reduces swelling and redness. botanicals like briar
rose, cucumber and chamomile can be used for refreshing. Good choices: Clinique Daily Eye Saver, Clarins Eye Contour Gel,
Ponds Revitalizing Eye Capsules. cold compress your eyes for a while.
Hide undereye circles and blemishes:
use yello or skin tone concealers on dark circles. lighter
skin tone or white cover-ups should not be used.
Keep makeup minimal:
Foundation and powder should be used lightly. A pink, rose or red lipstick can be used to highligh
yourself. Do not use brown or beige.
Wear an energizing fragrance:
Try scents with hints of lemon, jasmine, bergamot, lily of the valley, hyacinth, basil and
